Our premium support form is there for your urgent inquiries or problems outside our regular support hours (Monday to Friday¹ from 8.00 a.m. – 05.30 p.m. and on Saturday from 09.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.) and on Sundays or public holidays. After receiving your message, our on-call staff will contact you as quickly as possible.
