You can set up email forwarding to direct all incoming emails to another email address(es) (internal and external).
If you enter only internal (same hosting package) recipients, these will be appended to the respective internal email addresses as «alias addresses».
For example, a business could have all emails that are sent to info@yourcompany.com forwarded to the boss@headquarters.com. Or for personal use, all emails sent to john.does@home.com could also be sent to jane.doe@home.com and john.doe@hiscompany.com.
If you want to forward emails to a provider such as Gmail, we do not recommend setting up forwarding in My Panel. Instead you should configure your account with this provider to access an external email account via POP3/IMAP (if this is supported). This ensures that the forwarded emails do not get filtered out by a spam filter and delayed or perhaps not delivered at all.
