A Hoststar subscription will usually only be blocked if the required actions are not taken. A notification will be sent to the owner's email address saved as the contact email address in My Panel.
Blocking can occur if
- the payment for an outstanding invoice has not been received by the payment deadline or the maximum number of reminders has been exceeded
- there is a violation or abuse (including by third parties) as described in the GTCs
- there is a massive system overload
In these cases, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
