Where are the webmail, my contacts and appointments?

How can I upload data to my web hosting?

The easiest way to do this is via FTP: With the so-called File Transfer Protocol (FTP) you can load data directly onto your web space using drag & drop. Detailed instructions on FTP can be found here under FTP access.

How can I create a new email address?

You manage all your data - including e-mail - in the My Panel, login via (My Panel instructions). You can find more information about mail here.

Can I read my e-mails on the smartphone/tablet?

Yes, both the integrated mail and the MailPro add-on product are 100 percent smartphone and tablet compatible, regardless of the operating system. You can view the corresponding installation instructions under mail or MailPro.
