Notice periods

Support > Administration > contract, subscription, cancellation

As stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions (see GTCs), the notice period for Hoststar subscriptions is 30 days.

The respective subscription will be deleted from our servers on the date requested by you if we receive your cancellation within the required notice period and once your current annual contract has expired (365 days after the order date).
