Changes not visible

If the content or pages you updated and just uploaded do not appear in your browser, there are several possible reasons:

  • The previous (old) files are still stored in the cache of your web browser or on a proxy. Click «Refresh» to update the view and manually clear the cache for this page (by pressing «Ctrl + F5» in most web browsers) or clear your web browser’s entire cache.
  • The index file («index.html», «index.php», etc.) was accidentally deleted or renamed.
  • The size of the uploaded files has exceeded the limit included in your hosting package. Only files with a size of 0 KB are visible.
