Activation duration

Support > Administration > before ordering, useful information

  • After you have placed an order with us online, we will send you an email containing the details for our PostFinance account along with a link for paying the annual fee by credit card.
  • Our customers usually receive their personal login details to manage their subscriptions within 12 hours after paying the fees (business days). Payments received are posted in our system several times each day.
  • After completing the installation, we will send you an email containing your personal login details.

Hosting & Reseller

  • Even before the DNS change, you can already upload your data via FTP to our servers/your storage space.
  • As soon as the new DNS server is set up for your domain (after this change, the update process usually takes 24 to 48 hours), your domain will be accessible on our servers.


  • You will receive your personal login details for your vServer by email within 12 hours of making the payment (business days).
  • Once you have received this email, you can fully access your virtual server.
